Stratos Group arranges fire safety, electrical, gas safety and property maintenance works for residential and commercial properties across London, including all areas within the M25, and selected surrounding areas of Buckinghamshire (including Milton Keynes), Berkshire, Hertfordshire, Surrey, north-west Kent and the Hampshire border (Farnborough, Fleet and Church Crookham). The work is carried out by vetted contractors, with relevant credentials checked where required.
Attendance depends on contractor availability, the location and the job. All work is scheduled in advance: we do not offer an emergency or out-of-hours service. If your property is close to, but not in, one of the areas below, ask us before booking and we will confirm whether we can help.

Work we arrange in these areas
- Fire safety works: fire alarms, emergency lighting, fire doors, fire stopping, fire extinguishers and signage.
- Electrical services: testing and remedial works, repairs and fault finding, rewiring, consumer units and lighting.
- Gas safety services: gas safety checks (CP12) and carbon monoxide alarms, arranged through appointed contractors. A gas safety check must be carried out by a Gas Safe registered engineer.
- Building and property maintenance: repairs, carpentry, decorating, plastering, mould and damp, void works and minor refurbishment.

We acknowledge online enquiries automatically. During working hours we aim to review new enquiries within around one hour; straightforward requests may sometimes be quoted at that stage, while more complex work may require further information, contractor pricing or a site visit.
